Seema Krish Designs
San Francisco-based, Seema creates designs that are inspired by her Bangladeshi roots, with a tradition based on handmade, heirloom textiles. Seema uses traditional techniques such as block printing, hand embroidery, and weaving, mixing them with modern looks, which results in luxurious textiles with vivid colors, dimensional design, and bold style. “I find it’s always the light that inspires me,” noted Seema. That inspiration makes her designs perfect for a collaboration with Hunter Douglas window fashions, because each window treatment is a work designed to enhance the light.
